CleanShift is a CRM / CSR application developed for the dry cleaning industry. In its current form it is a back end marketing application, however, CK is in the process of engineering a supply chain management system from which CleanShift users will benefit financially. The software empowers dry cleaners to act upon and enhance the wealth of information their POS systems currently provide to increase their sales and customers.

Beta Test Results Include

• The CleanShift application instillation was trouble free and did not present any problems or complications
• Coupons distributed through the system have experienced a 12% redemption rate, versus an expected 3% redemption rate in Newspapers for example.
• Since implementing CleanShift in the Beta Sites, sales in the participating stores are up 20%
